Start QC’ing before pulling out 4 versions of one episode!!
“typed some stuff wrongly in the v3 release. no biggie though”
    – Seriously!! Don’t fansub, if you’re gonna put out crap!

  2. john123x Says:

    u guys really sucks

go watch lots of anime before ur qualified to sub

all those great anime fans busy watching anime due to new season, and those lousy shitty losers is so free to chew out shitty stuff

i watch over 45-60 anime episodes a week, and my japanese wasnt even good enough to sub, what made u think u losers are better than me in japanese

i am SO GOOD, i can even sub better than AFK fansub

  3. MistaYoH Says:

Well, there’s freedom of viewership over internet. We’re also free to sub whatever we want. Starting out a new fansub isn’t easy and we’re starting out only. You can either tolerate till we get better, or simply choose not to watch our subs.

To those who appreciate our efforts, thanks for supporting us and we’ll try to keep improving on our standards. I’m confident with our subs for Lucky Star though. =D Look forward to it!

    To Animefan AND john123x:

Fansubbers do what they do for free, out of their desire to share what they are able to enjoy. Don’t be like Singaporeans who can complain even about things they get for free.

It’s fine to expect a level of quality from any fansub group, but not fine to slam them for doing something they are doing for free, taking time from their own lives to provide a service. You think you are so good? Then why don’t you do your own subs then? 45-60 episodes a week is not exactly something to be proud of, since it isn’t that much in the first place, and only shows how little of a life you actually have.

Comments to help in improvement are always welcome, but not useless junk comments with no helpful information at all.

  5. Xak Says:

    Animefan:

Start contributing before posting any slamming!!

You typed some useless comments showing your lack of appreciation for the time people sacrificed to try and better the community
    - Seriously!! Don’t comment, if you’re just gonna put out crap!

  6. Somatic Says:

If Watching anime can make a person get a JLPT cert, i belive that the world would be flooded with people owning 1 at home with their name shining on it. Personally i belive that watching so many shows every week means that you are watching just for watching, with no brain of your own in choosing which is good, bad, interesting, your type of anime and so on. All you do is chunk on it, and watch brainlessly, even if you are able to squeeze out a thing or two, it would be interesting to try hearing you saying what you have watched last week or last last week.

If you think that our subbing is shitty, do note that we are a new team, trying out on what we have and what we can. Everything begin with a start, Lunar is not famous over the night, and do not compare other fansubs with us. No fansubs like to be compared with another as the name, “Fansub” means that we are “Fans” of the anime, and wants to spread the good of the show by “Subbing” to those who cannot understand Japanese well. Its the same as Charity Organisation doing various Charity works over the globe, thought our contribution is not as great as their’s.

Last but not lease, I belive that by watching anime, all of us have a piece of mind, but no one is “Great” in terms of just watching. Those who are great are the ones who made effort in producing those “Great” shows which WOW us over.

To those who appreciate our efforts, Thank you for the support. We will gladly appreciate any pointers which will assist our future projects or maybe additional team members to come.

You really suck. Your English as well.

Go include points for improvement before you are qualified to comment on fansubbers.

All of us are great anime fans busy watching anime due to the new season, and take time out of that to contribute, but you being a shitty loser are so free to comment on other people’s contributions towards the community.

We watch 45-60 anime episodes a week AND contribute to the community, and some of us don’t know Japanese all that well either (but I would say we have better English language skills than you), what makes you think you being such an asshole proves you to be better than the back end of a donkey?

We are so good, we can even write comments in more grammatically correct English than you!

    @ Animefan & john123

Hi, thank you for your caustic comments.

Before we start flaming, where are your subbed versions?

You, who’ve not subbed anything, not done anything, besides WATCH, let me repeat again. WATCH. Which means, leeching off OUR work, for YOUR entertainment, come here and start flinging slime? Amusing.

Oh and, john123. “i watch over 45-60 anime episodes a week, and my japanese wasnt even good enough to sub, what made u think u losers are better than me in japanese”
As per above, where’re your versions? I havn’t seen any subs out for this, done by john123.

    Want a cookie?

    Animefan & john123x:

Give new subs a chance. I downloaded their 1st release and it is not horrible at all.

  10. mellow_bunny Says:

I really enjoyed this release :3! Thanks guys!

  11. DmonHiro Says:

There is realy no point to this as gg-fansubs had alredy finished THE ENTIRE series, and their fansubs are VERY good. So unless you think you can do better then them…you might as well stop…you are only wasting your time and the time of others that may download your version insted of the better one.

  12. Kunami Says:

That makes just as much sense as me saying you have no point in commenting here if you’ve already seen “THE ENTIRE series”. And really, you don’t.

They’ve said they’re just starting out. As a group who’s just starting out, you’d probably not want to jump right into a property that is hot, hyped, and currently airing. It’d make plenty more sense to cut your teeth on an anime that has at least recently finished, so that A, you can get an entire body of work out there, and B, people will still be downloading the anime. C’mon, man… use the brain I’d assume God gave you.

In any case, I’ve not seen the subs in question myself, but I wish you guys luck. I’d like to start my own fansubs someday. I think it’d be an effective way to better understand the language.

  13. USB 2k Says:

Gakuen Kouka is great – but I´m also fan of NGE, GITS2, Gundam Seed and Kenshin Himura. :-)
